Requirements for Hosting the Show

In order to successfully host the show the following minimum requirements must be met.

• A hall big enough to accommodate 3 16sqm pods with a minimum gap of 2m between each pod and minimum headroom of 4m. Pods can be arranged differently to suit the specific dimensions of the space. Ideally the hall should not be used for any other activity during the visit of the Space Circus.
• Three members of school staff should be present at all time throughout each performance of the show
• Schools must agree to supply Partners in Innovation with the data set out in the Impact and Evaluation section. We are sensitive to data protection issues and are happy to discuss ways in which supplied data can be anonymised.
• A group of inquisitive and well behaved potential Space Cadets!

To confirm a booking we require a completed survey form and a site visit. This will help us identify any potential issues early so that we can find solutions and ensure the best possible experience for the school and touring team alike.
